Starting out a bit crisp out there with temps around the low to mid 50s for most. We will warm up into low to mid 70s today before we drop back down to 40s for overnight lows going into Saturday morning. We will continue to have some clouds out there as they hang out with the frontal system. Winds should remain on the low side today.

As a frontal system moves through today and tomorrow we will see a switch in winds and clouds increasing across the region. Friday overnight into Saturday we will see more of a change in temps as a secondary cold front pushes in. Sunday we will see the full impacts of this. No precip is indicated on modeling currently, HOWEVER, Sunday morning we could see enough moisture to bring a flurry or two across high elevation. Below is the new 48 hour maps.

Temps will increase into the 70s near 80s for some today, Winds will begin to increase late morning into the afternoon as a frontal system approaches. Gusts up to 20 mph will be possible.

Very mild conditions the rest of the week, BIG changes move in Saturday into first of next week with MAJOR cold impacting the area. FREEZING Temps likely over the weekend! No precip in the next 5 days. Weather Prediction Center continues to have us in the dry zone for day 1 - 7.

Tomorrow will bring another warm day across the area with highs in the mid 70s. An approaching front will begin to move closer to the area late Wednesday which will increase winds on Thursday. Non Precip fronts are expected Thu, Sat and Sun. Notice the temperature departure for Sunday.
